      Belle computing account for Belle II-only member

  Belle allows non-Belle Belle II members to access Belle data
for non-physics analysis purpose.  Small amount of data are
available in area where Belle II members can access.
However, if large amount of data are required for the study,
Belle computing account is needed.  In this case, the following
procedure should be taken.

- If Belle II-only members like to access Belle data for
  non-physics analysis purpose, they contact Belle spokespersons
  or T.Hara-san.  T.Hara-san forward to Belle spokesperson.

- Belle spokespersons discuss and give an approval to access
  Belle data if their work is appropriate.
  Approval is notified to applicants, T.Hara-san and S.Nishida-san.

- T.Hara-san takes care of paper work for applicatnts to get Belle
  account.

- T.Hara-san does bookkeeping of these special users and takes
  care their annual renewal (at JFY boundary).
